DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! I ordered food for my fiancee and I. Waited over an hour and it still was not here. (Usually they call when they are here so I can sign the slip) no call. Went to check the porch and there was literally nothing there. I called them and the girl I spoke to first couldn't find the order in her system. Then all of a sudden she told me that she personally delivered the order to my house, so I asked her where she left it and she refused to answer the question, just kept repeating my address. So I asked to speak to the manager, she put me on the phone with a man and he asked me what I wanted them to do. I asked them to please refund my card and forget about the food and he agreed. I hung up. I then got a call back from the girl whom I had previously spoken with, telling me that they were going to send a delivery driver out. I politely declined and asked her to refund my card. She refused and just kept saying she was going to send me the food and refused to refund the money or tell me where she "left" the food the first time. I asked to speak with the manager again and she proceeded to tell me that she was the manager, despite her putting me on the phone with a man she claimed was the manager previously. She then told me she never put me on the phone with a man and she outright refused to provide a refund. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life from any food establishment before. This was a horrible experience. I now have to call my bank and dispute the charge, and quite frankly I am also going to cancel my card as they have all my card information. I will never order from this place again and I highly advise anyone looking to order here, to find some place else if you dont want to be ripped off and highly...

I called to order a sandwich and asked if the rolls were hard or soft, the guy didn't know what a roll was, I had to explain a roll is what you put the meats and cheese on, then he asked me if it was like bread. I ordered my sandwich, chicken salad on a soft roll with lettuce only. Then he asked me if I wanted my chicken grilled or crispy?. I had to explain that chicken salad doesn't get grilled or crispy, its a salad . It gets placed onto the roll, not grilled or made crispy. The price on the menu was $6.95 which is pricey for a small sandwich but its what I was looking forward to so I was willing to pay the price. Then he told me the price was in fact, $11.50 and not $6.95 as stated on their menu. I thought he was mistaken and told him the menu stated it was $6.95 for a small but he told me they don't have small sandwiches, they only have large. When I asked him why the menu states a different price, he became silent. After all the stress of just trying to order a small chicken salad and dealing with such highly unprofessional and disrespectful people, I told him to forget the order, I had lost my appetite. I think I knew better than to order from this place but hunger got the best of me so I relented and thought they couldn't possibly screw up a small chicken salad sandwich, however, just the moron taking the orders had no freaking idea how to do his job. About six years ago we were ordering from here frequently and it was great and prices outstanding. I don’t know if they had gotten a new cook or what was going on but they had declined quite a bit so we went elsewhere when ordering our Friday night takeout and honestly we had just innocently forgotten all about them. Between 10 and 12 months ago we started ordering from them again and gave them a second chance and the food is absolutely so much better now. Their roast beef grinder is delicious and beef is very flavorful. Their breads for their sandwiches are always fresh in their Jojo potatoes are great! They have a pretty large menu with something for everyone and the food is always good. They had a tiered discount on their online ordering site where if you spend a certain amount you get a discount. (as you spend more you receive an even bigger discount). It was a big help offering these and helped out with the cost of ordering for a family of 5 and honestly it was what sueded us to choose them over other restaurants every weekend. Sadly for the past few months they have removed the discounts and we’ve had to go to other places that do offer rewards or coupons in order to save money.
