Great experience ! Exceptional service ! Today was my first time here ! Katherine was our server. I was breastfeeding under a cover- completely concealed; but I was left with only one hand to eat. The food had just come to the table and I was struggling to cut my steak with just a fork. I know right? But I could have managed. All moms manage don't we? Here comes Katherine. "Can I help you with that?" I hesitated. "Yes!" It just slipped out. I don't regret it. She graciously assisted me and cut up all of the meat on my ThreeAmigos order. (Amazing by the way) I kept thanking her and she told me it's no problem she's helped others in the past with casts and braces. I've worked in food service and have never helped anyone cut their food. Not sure if I've ever noticed someone needed a hand. But Katherine did. She noticed and she wasn't afraid to ask me if I needed a hand. And she meant it. My first impression of this restaurant will forever be sealed as a fantastic place to eat. Our meal was amazing. Cheese dip and all. My daughter had fried ice cream with honey. This Crestline gem 💎 completely stands tall and competes with the best Mexican joints in Ontario and Mansfield. Top quality food. Exceptional service. Fun clean atmosphere. I'll be back. And in the meantime I'll continue to spread the word about my amazing experience, and how my waitress Katherine and her exceptional service will go down as a once in a lifetime experience. Prices are nice and the staff are very nice. The restaurant itself is well thought out and pleasant. I ordered enchiladas and tacos and chips. The portions were on par with every other Mexican restaurant in the area. The reason I give it three stars is sadly to say all day I had not eaten anything else then had this for lunch. When I got home at 6 pm from work I became violently ill . After repeated vomit sessions I felt amazingly better. Without a doubt it was from eating there. I have never had this experience with any restaurant I have reviewed. I hope this was an isolated event but I will never go back. I wish them well in the future and hope it was just an employee handled things wrong. I really wanted to post a positive review but just cannot after that..........2/19/2024 update tried the Taco salad and the beef was generous and well seasoned. The flour tortilla shell was garbage you could not even break it off in pieces. That is what makes those great. And low and behold I feel terrible after eating it. I will no longer go here, nor will I suggest it. Was hoping the past was isolated incident clearly not. Just stay far away from here. If there is an alternate Mexican restaurant then go there, stay away from this one. I hope they get a visit from the...

Alot to take in amazing art extremely well laid out plenty of room very clean staff very presentable and professional a cute quack bar and full service alchohol for those who chose that life and a fairly well assembled menu......this being said the food is extremely bland the food quality is low middle the portions are definitely not what Americans are used too but I feel this has more to do with economics than anything else ....they have some kind of ranch sauce that was very unique and if you like it you'll love it and if you dont you wont .....so if they work on the flavor profiles and step up one notch on food quality as in the sourcing of raw materials meats vegetables etc......not food quality as in the food is terrible it is low middle bith in taste and in as I keep saying sourced food quality.....and if they fix this they could absolutely have a 5 star restaurant worth driving to experience as everything else is on point ......so some this to work on and some things to never...
