Genuinely disappointing. Iāll be driving to galion or Mansfield from now on. This is the third time Iāve ordered in a month. ALLLLL THREE TIMES THEY CALL AND SAY WE HAVE NO MEATBALLS, one of my orders was two meatball subsā¦.. and the first time the pizza was on the wrong crust and had none of the toppings and the rep told me I was incorrect. The second time there was barely anything on any of the subs. We out less for somethingās and more for others. And when you out more banana peppers and can count 6 on a subs thatās ridiculous. This last time today we ordered 3 subs but of course meatballs are available yet again! Why not remove the option from online. I run a business and itās an option. I go to get it and this employee who is not capable makes it wrong yet again. He puts all the toppings from the Italian bmt on a plain ham and cheese sub. My other child likes to order there so I get there at 1001 and they are closed!!! Like for real people. So then when we got home and noticed the toppings are on the wrong sandwich we now have two kids who we not have to do something different for. I get things happen and things are forgotten, but I have literally gotten the wrong pizza crusts and toppings, subs and toppings and all I have ever gotten from your staff is well it happens you can come talk to the boss if you want. There was no customer support number for me to reach out to and since their delivery on their app is through doordash and I didn't do it from a doordash account I was unable to get ahold of a support person. I submitted a ticket for this subway as well as called NUMEROUS times and no one picked up. I've called several times since and STILL no one has answered the phone. There is maybe 2-3 people ordering in that store at a time and most times I've walked in it's definitely not busy so there's zero excuse for the lack of customer service. I have only ordered pick up from this location twice since then. I'm upset bc out of my $22 order I only received my $4 sub. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the restaurant informing me that they didn't have meatballs for my subs and requested a replacement. I asked the worker to cancel my order so I could pick it up at another Subway location, but he insisted I do it through the app, which wasn't possible. Despite my repeated explanations, he couldn't offer a solution, insisting that I needed to figure it out.
After demanding to speak to a manager, I was told to return before 2 PM the next day if I couldn't figure it out, (which conflicts with my work schedule). Despite this, the app now shows that my order has been picked up and yet i have no food.
