The Grape Vines Wine Bar — Restaurant in Crittenden

We were visiting the Ark Encounter with grandpa and grandma and our kids and it was our 20th Anniversary. We were looking for a special place to celebrate, just the two of us, and we happened to find this hidden gem through a sign on the highway. We were a little skeptical, but it was the absolute best and most perfect spot to celebrate a milestone anniversary that we will always remember! Wonderful wine and outstanding bourbon! Awesome cheese and fantastic sausage! And the very best part, the server gladly surprised my wife with the song we had our first dance to! Such a delightful place! Wine was amazing, we were helped by Hannah and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. We both did some flights, and fell in love with the Castello Del Poggio Blueberry Bliss and got a few more glasses; it was so delicious and refreshing, definitely on the sweet side which I am a fan. The building is beautiful; I'm not an instagramer but I sat in a few spots to take some personal pictures because the ambience was that impeccable. My son and his wife had their wedding reception here last year. It was perfect!! They chose the downstairs venue for its wine bar vibes and access to a private patio. Hannah was super responsive and easy to work with. We brought our own food, so I can't comment on that, but they allowed us several hours to set up without the tight time frame most venues require. A band was playing outside and our guest enjoyed the music. After the band, the kids had a bonfire and danced to their chosen music under a beautiful tree on the grounds.
