Dixie Treasure — Local services in Crittenden

After moving here from out of state our family was in need of a few items after moving in right down the road from this store. My mother went in and spent over $100 and was amazed at the goodies that t she had found. She came home and told us she had met the owner, she was lovely, and that our entire family should check it out. I brought my family in to poke around and ended up finding almost 2 carts full of items that I intended to buy for our church and our kids. However, we were chewed out by one of the employees (not the owner) because our kids were playing with the toys we intended on purchasing. After a short and very snippy discussion, this employee proceeded to follow us around the store and continue to harass us about our kids playing with the toys, saying very insulting things about our parenting. Sadly because of how uncomfortable this employee made us feel we dropped everything and left. We will not be back. We live within walking distance of this location and would have absolutely been repeat customers, but from the experience we had we will not recommend this location or be returning...

Negative 5 stars! Absolutely horrible experience. The lady with the short gray hair is very rude and disrespectful the whole time. Who is huffing and puffing everytime I asked a question. I asked to look at the costume that snap open, she refused. I was very polite and waited until I went to the front to ask if I could look at them. Nope. Some stuff in the store even had stains or not in great condition. I also knew I couldn't try the costumes on. But not look at merchandise before buying, thats ridiculous especially at a thrift shop. My whole family drives typically 30 minutes just to stop in occasionally. We love supporting other people vs Amazon. But you lost a customer. Looking at other reviews you need better customer...

Absolutely HORRIBLE. maybe it would be a good store if 1, things weren't so overpriced, and 2, if the workers weren't so old and rude. I went in the store with my service dog that was covered by the ADA LAW and they still didn't believe me. My dog was behaving, she had service dog patches all over her but the lady working there kept arguing with us threatening to ban us from the place just because of my LEGAL. SERVICE. DOG. She was asking me fore "papers" on the dog but ITS ILLEGAL TO ASK SOMEONE WITH A SERVICE DOG THAT. and you LEGALLY, don't have to have papers to own any type of service dog. Registration is optional. My dog is medical equipment that I personally need. Never coming here again. Made me...
