Ordered food New Years Eve. Was told it would be about 1 hr for delivery I was fine with that since it was a busy night. After a hr and 10 min I called to get a ETA on delivery and the phone just rang and rang then someone picked up the phone and hung up on me so I called back and a girl picked up and I told her it has been over an hour and my food has not been delivered and she said all deliveries left with the driver. I told her if the food was cold I would not accept it and she said OK and hung up. Now I know they know who I am because they have caller ID from past orders and they already knew my name and adress before I told them. The delivery guy came he was nice but told me he did not understand to much english so conversation was not going anywhere. I touched the box it felt warm so I accepted the food I went right upstairs to serve my company and when I touched the pizza it was cold but the box was warm?? I was upset it was cold but my microwave fixed that. I was more upset because the pizza looked like it was just thrown together it had barely any cheese on it. It was like we were eating just pizza crust. I asked for 1/2 bacon and only 2 slices had bacon on it and the bacon was clumped in a small pile on those 2 pieces not spread out.. very disappointed I would not recommend the pizza. I normally get the pasta which is pretty good. This was not the first time their pizza was like this for us. I said I would not order it again but the pizza place I wanted was closed so decided to give this place...

From the first bite, I was blown away by the perfectly thin and crispy crust, generous and flavorful toppings, and the balance of textures and flavors that only a truly great pizzeria can achieve. Every ingredient tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel like a local from the moment I walked in. The cozy, inviting atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. Service was fast and attentive, and I was amazed at how willing they were to personalize dishes—even ones not on the menu! That level of flexibility and hospitality is rare and so appreciated.

I placed an order with Cromwell pizza threw Grubhub. I ordered a large pizza from Cromwell pizza at 5:59 pm. Estimated delivery time was 6:45-6:55 pm. I still hadn’t received my order by 7:00 so I gave the restaurant a call. I asked for the status of my order and was answered by an extremely rude lady. I was very polite. She told me it would be another est. 20 mins. Then 7:30 came and I called again. I asked about my order and snapped at me saying ‘do you just want to cancel or not?!’. I said no because me and my daughter were very hungry. We had just gotten home from the airport. 8:00 came around and I still hadn’t received my order so I called and canceled. In which she hung up on me after I asked to cancel my order. Never again will I order from Cromwell pizza or use Grubhub again. Whichever lady was taking calls on dec 1st, should never have a job working...
