Sombreros Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Crump

This is one of the rudest restaurants I've been to. The prices on the menu are different then at checkout. I ordered a $5.50 meal. At check out she rung up $9.87. I ask why and she stated that I had chicken. Yes but the one I ordered was the lower one that doesn't have vegetables. She then proceeded to yell and tell me she don't care. Pointing at the menu saying "shredded chicken" and I said that says "shredded cheese" she the continued to tell me it was chicken not cheese! The word is CHEESE NOT CHICKEN. As she was charging my card for $9.88. I said your register RANG UP $9.87. She then very rudely said it's $9.88 and I asked why the register said different. This made her so angry that she then proceeded to add the difference on the register, for no reason. No explanation. (Second and last visit) so i was charged for a totally different meal then what I had...then charged more on top of that for no reason. DONT FORGET on the first visit..... The waitress proceeded to tell us the entire time her life story. She has a little boy and her mother kept him while she (underage) would come and get drunk at work. They are serving underage kids alcohol!! They turn the restaurant into a club at night and she (the underage girl) gets drunk and danced on the bar. Every week she says. I go out to smoke and the waitress runs outside to bum a draw of my cigarette, not once but twice. Once out back at the patio and once as we were leaving. (first time I ever met this girl) Back to the second visit.... The rude lady checking us out so happened to be the owner. The owner of a business was acting like this. Her name was Delfina. The waitresses name, I believe was Kayla. It's illegal to charge someone extra for no reason and to serve underage alcohol. She added money for no reason on the register to add up to the money she was charging my card... after I said something. It's the worst and rudest I've ever been treated and will not be back. I've never seen a person of business holler, scream, and down right treat customers the way this lady did. She shook her head and finger as she was being mean. How can someone of such hatefulness run a business? This restaurant is beyond something else. Honestly, words can not describe the way we were treated and...

My fiancé and I were having dinner here celebrating the fact we are getting married this Saturday and we were very disappointed when our server showed up. At first it was a very seemingly nice older Hispanic woman I told her I was allergic to salsa and she asked no salsa but our actual server showed up, a younger redish brown haired girl with glasses was extremely rude to her and told her she got our table and then proceeded to act like our order and us being there were an inconvenience to her night. My fiancé asked for a water with his shot of captain Morgan and she came back and slammed his glass down and took our IDs with attitude and never once did she smile at us. I work in customer service and understand it can get stressful but that is the life of being in customer service. You never take your hard day out on customers. It upset me because I just wanted to unwind after a very hard week at work. I still stayed very nice to her and tried to understand but it was just rude and killed the vibe and mood of the night....

This place was absolutely horrible. Nasty attitudes. Servers sitting down eating at tables. Rushing us away when I was gonna order another drink. My child didn't get her food till well after everyone else and I orderd hers well before everyone else. I sat there forever because I needed boxes and they wouldn't come to the table! All the women in there were rude. Im so sick of people not knowing nor caring about good service! Maybe y'all should hire someone to teach them hospitality so they can actually make some money because this was NOT it! They literally all stayed at the front on their phones eating and laughing and not taking care of guests. This definitely would not fly at my restaurant. Do better! Ohhh and when we got there the lady told me we could sit wherever we wanted and went back to her phone and a man had to come out and pull tables together for us. Like they really wanted us to put the tables together?? Idk it just wasn't a...
