Del Prado restaurant — Restaurant in Cuba

Stopped here for lunch while on a road trip. Nice little restaurant. The service was great, and they were willing to customize the kids' food. We had a large pepperoni pizza (14"), chicken quesadilla, ground beef taco platter, and the Del Prado Enchiladas. While we waited for our food, we had complimentary chips and salsa, which was excellent. The chips were very crisp, and the oil they were fried in didn't taste old. The salsa was tasty but wasn't too spicy for the kids. There was a small error with the tacos (we asked for no garnishes), which they quickly corrected. I ordered the Del Prado omelet on the second mind I bit something very hard and hurt my back right tooth. Upon telling the waitress, didn't get a apology or asked if I would to order something else, she instead started to lecture me then proceeded to tell me it couldn't have been anything hard the ham is boneless and the ingredients were not hard. Driving along we decided to stop for breakfast. Husband ordered an American breakfast two eggs, hash browns with ham and wheat toast. I decided to try a local favourite, a. Chorizo omelette, hash browns with beans and two tortillas. My husband asked to speak to the cook, he congratulated her as well as tipped her for the breakfast (normally doesn't do that!).
