I was given a gift card for Christmas. Drove clear out to this location to use my gift card. Waited in a line of 6 people. Ordered my 12 inch combo meal and went to pay with my gift card. Girl says what's that,? I told her a subway gift card. She hollers to another girl that she doesn't know how to do it. The other girl nastily says our gift card machine is broken and there's nothing we can do about it and we have a sign. I paid $12 and change for a dried out sub. I checked for a sign, none on the door (where it should be), none at the register, there was a small white paper with black print in the corner near the chips where you don't even look at any point that may have been it. Fourth, Kimi wasn’t actually preparing the sandwich — she was just carelessly throwing the ingredients onto the bread without any attention.
Kimi is neither professional nor qualified — not for preparing food, nor for working with people.
The order was canceled, and I got lunch...
