I wasn't going to say anything but this last time was the final straw. I placed an online order and paid. Order showed that it was complete. Stopped to pick it up and doors were locked and store was dark. I called and there was no answer. So now I'm out my reward dollars as well as the balance remaining.
Never know if the store is going to be open. Employee smokes in the kitchen with the door propped.
Best to just go to anther location.
I couldn't find a number to call that I could get a live person at Subway corporate so I ended up sending a message through the website.
Went back to the location late in the day and they were open. Was told that They didn't know how to issue a refund and that the manager wouldn't be in until the morning. Or I could "Call Corporate". Waited until the next day when they were supposed to be open and of course no one...
Read moreStopped in for the first time, a larger man (maybe the manager) was belittling a guy named John the whole time, he was so rude and demanding and arrogant to the poor fello. My heart actually broke for the way he was being treated / managed, that I gave him a $20 tip in his hand to just hope it helps to make his day a little bit better. A few of us sitting close by all noticed and when I pointed out how embarrassing that must be to be talked to like that in front of customers they also agreed with me. John on the other hand was sweet and pleasant and did a great job with customer service....

The first thing we saw was how one of the sandwich prep tables has a steel cover on it that blocks the view of the lunch meat, for crying out loud!
What manager in their right mind orders a cooler with a steel top blocking the view of a customers item when your business specializes in making sandwiches?! What a horrible reflection of Subway. Shame...
