Went to the Blue Kow after a long afternoon of climbing around and through Bilgers Rocks. Only got ice cream which was perfect. They even had a good pup cup - with dairy free ice cream - for our dog. Would love to go back and try some of their sandwiches. Im told the chickpea "tuna" salad is especially good.

Delicious! Great value and amazing variety- from the tried and true to the healthy and new! Burgers and fries, smoothies and shakes, salads and wraps...and you won't find a nicer staff for miles! Even if you can't enjoy dairy (I'm so sorry) you can enjoy a smoothie with almond or coconut milk! Hurray!

Perfect place to stop after an epic bike ride. Truthfully, it's the perfect place to stop anytime we want ice cream, but this time tonight we stopped at the end of our 21-mile journey to cool off and chill out! We love the Blue Kow!

Super cute little diner, with amazing food options - honestly I think some of the freshest and best food in the county. The nut and fruit salad has all fresh ingredients, and there are unusual offerings like chickpea wrap with tahini! These are in addition to the usual diner offerings: chicken fingers, hamburgers, hot dogs, fried veggies, fresh cut fries, etc. Their ice cream offerings are reasonable and also have vegan choices.

There is no indoor dining and no public bathrooms....

Amongst the usual dairy shop menu items, there are quite a few plant based options here - thank you! The vegan "tuna" sandwich is very good and they even have non-dairy soft serve ice cream which is quite rare to find ANYWHERE let alone a rural central PA town. This place is a long standing part of Curwensville culture and a hidden gem for travelers - totally worth a stop. Irwin park is a short walk away as well if you have...

A very nice place! So glad they have molded themselves to the organic back to earth options! The people are friendly and the service is great! They are making a huge contribution to the community from a small little corner by the park!! If you are on your way to the dam or park or just passing stop in and...
