I have been to this location twice. Both times the customer service left much to be desired. When I inquired about cabinets the man kept referring me to the "lesser cost" items (apparently I must have looked like I couldn't afford something decent?). When I inquired about the flooring, the woman didn't even bother to get up from her chair. She pointed me to a section and never said another word. When my contractor sent me in another time to order something... it took awhile to be waited on and when someone finally helped me, she seemed like she really didn't want to be bothered by me and my request. As much as I would like to shop locally, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If they can't be bothered to value their customers, I can definitely spend my money somewhere else, even if I have to...

"They used to be the best around" is what i keep hearing from contractors and vendors regarding this place. That is not the case anymore.

If I had to compliment them, I would at least say they are friendly people. That's about as much good as I can say.

The truth of the matter is I spent almost $12,000 for low quality cabinets and granite tops. Items arrived late and incorrect size. Took over a month to get replacement cabinets. On top of that, I trusted the consultant with the design of the cabinets-- because of this, a lot of the space is useless-- some cabinets are 9" wide, flimsy corner cabinets, 2 pull out spice racks for some reason. Lezzer's seems to be known in several local counties as " THE lumber yard/store". Nice place. VERY clean. Beautiful displays. It took a little longer than expected for an employee to offer assistance. In retrospect, their timing couldn't have been better. When employees ask if i need help too soon, i complain. Friendly & knowledgable employees. Well stocked. Offered delivery. Decent prices. Easy to find from rt879. Truck & RV parking available.
