Five Guys — Restaurant in Dahlgren

Worst manager weve ever dealt with. A girl named Alexa put us on hold for almost 10 minutes so I called back. Then I was put on hold for another 10 minutes and I could here her and the other employees laughing in the backround. Then I hear her say, "I know that lady isn't still waiting for me on the phone." And hung up on me! Called back again and asked for the manager and she said she was the manager and gave me nothing but attitude. She was being sarcastic and couldn't care less about how disrespectful she was being. Then she tried to put it off on one of her employees. So I asked for their name. She refused to give me thier name. I'm guessing because there wasn't anyone else involved. She just wanted to lie her way out of being lazy and disrespectful. My whole family is military and work on the base. I'm going to make sure every soldier knows how I was treated. And I'm going to tell them to tell there friends and fellow soldiers too. That girl just cost Five Guys some money. When all she had to do was be polite...

Five Guys is a travel treat for is, and we stopped here to get dinner to bring to the hotel. When I saw how crowded it looked inside, I got on my phone to order online and requested curbside. Normally I would dock a star for the order going way over their time estimate and having to go inside to ask about my food, but they were obviously busy and on top of that our burgers had lots of time-consuming toppings.

When I discovered that my burger had been hooked up (bunless is a healthy choice as it's more like a salad with beef in the middle), and our small fry order was more than a large fry from Mcdonald's, I knew they would deserve 5 stars. Guess that tip for the running out of the food into the rain, which never happened, did pay...

Burger, medium fry, large drink. $25.... My friend I was with got a Jr. Burger small fry and a small drink. $20..... Won't be going back there again. It's much better quality than a regular fast food place but it's not anywhere near being worth $25 for a single meal. Could have gotten double possibly triple that amount of similar quality food from Cookout for the same price. Or spent $3 more and gotten a to go order of prime rib from Texas Roadhouse. If it weren't for the 1000's of engineers on base making $100k+ a year this place...
