Okay, so I typically enjoy the steakhouse, but usually go to the Lakeridge location because it is closer to home. But I have been to this location a few times as well. Today, my coworkers (6 of us total) came for lunch at 12:30pm (on Columbus Day). It took about 30-40 min for our server to greet us. Then we had to tell him to take our drink order...we said we were ready to order our food but he didn't have anything to write on...Our drinks (mostly water and a couple of sodas) took another 10-15 min to arrive. He then still had to go find paper to write down our order. Finally, we order. Then we wait. And wait. Watch other tables get food that arrived well after us. Finally we ask a manager what is going on. We finally get our food maybe 10 min after that. Meanwhile, our server hasn't stopped by a single time to check on us. I watched food sit at the window for 15 min at a time before anyone retrieved it and delivered it to tables. (It helped us to know that we were not alone in this scenario). We get our food, still nothing from our server. At this point, the manager is the only one approaching our table. Finally, we are ready to leave and still no contact from our server. We had to get up to get ready to leave and find a manager to figure out what was happening with our bill. The only saving grace was that the manager wiped the ticket clean. There were several unhappy tables, tables not busses, and this server was barely seen through the entire 2 hours we were there (mostly spent waiting). Luckily, we didn't have to be back at work, but that was ridiculous and we likely won't be back to that location, at least not as a team.

I came here tonight for dinner with my family. It was pretty slow but became pretty busy with the dinner rush. The food was decent for what we ordered, even though it took a decent amount of time to receive. However upon walking out, i noticed that the guy who was in charge of making salads was the only one without gloves. My little wanted to watch the steak cook and the guy on the grill had gloves on. After further watching (and someone who ordered the grilled Cobb salad and a wedge salad to go) i witnessed the un gloved guy handling all the cooked meat placing them in to go containers UNGLOVED for the to go staff? and then continued to open cheeses, etc with his ungloved hands after touching this and that and then wiping his hands on his apron then go back to making salads seems like a possible cross contamination case to me. So i asked are the people in the back supposed to wear gloves they looked at me confused??? So i asked the guy was he supposed to wear gloves when touching all kinds of food he also looked confused and my hands are clean!!! I said how if you’re touching meat, seafood (salmon) i said i ordered the salad and to see you touching everything back here ungloved was a little unsettling considering everyone else cooking items had gloves on… just sat a little wrong but i guess you really don’t know how your food is prepared until you see it

So my wife and I have been going here for the past 2 years or so. Today, my wife went to pick up the order. There was a bag at the front and she asked if it was hers, the staff told her no. 30 minutes go by, none of the staff approach her to check on why she was still waiting. She asked again where our order was, and someone then handed her the SAME BAG that was sitting there for the past 30 minutes. If I were the person who handed someone their food 30 minutes into waiting for it and it was sitting on the counter, I would be profusely apologizing. This person did not. Then to add to it, we get home and she starts putting together everything. Why was my broccoli in a plastic bag in the to go box??? I’ve ordered this numerous times before and its NEVER been in the plastic bag in a plastic container. The service today was poor and the lack of accountability from the staff is even worse. Won’t be coming back.

UPDATING: After calling the restaurant as requested below, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager then told me they had no idea what I was talking about and asked me to call back the following day. I said I wasn't going to chase down someone who clearly asked me to call them. So I left my name, number, and issue and was told the general manager would call me the next day. It's been 4 days and no call. Additionally, I did return to eat IN the restaurant. The server was great. The food was tasty. However, he informed me prices were different for add-ons than what they were when ordering online. So a bacon cheeseburger with an egg added would cost $2 for the egg in the restaurant but only $1.00 online. The burger with an egg that's on the menu would cost $1.00 to add bacon in the restaurant, but $1.50 to add bacon online. There was no rhyme or reason. The buns... Oh those delicious buns... Except for the ones that were rock hard and about the size of a 50-cent piece. Lol. Those weren't so great. And an alcohol drink that was advertised that they've apparently been out of for a long time. Anyway, I'm reducing my review due to calling the restaurant, per their request, only to be ignored.

................................. First time ordering, maybe last. Ordered a to-go dinner. Paid extra for bacon on my burger, but didn't get the bacon. No butter for the baked potato. Paid extra for "to-go" supplies, which always upsets me. By not eating in the restaurant, my food shouldn't have to pay all the other overhead costs of the restaurant like wages, utilities, etc. so take the cost of supplies from there.... You're saving money on not giving me condiments, too! Anyway, also paid for a tip, even though no one provided me a service other than to NOT ensure I received what I paid for.

So while the taste of the food was great, it was not an accurate order. I didn't get the food I paid for, nor the service...

If I could give zero, I would.

We visited the All American Steakhouse located at 5594 Ashland Community Square in Manassas Virginia.

My husband and I came in for lunch around 1:20 PM on September 25. We ordered a Cobb salad and Jambalaya.

While our waiter did return to our table once to see how our meal was, he never returned to offer us dessert or the check. After waiting more than what we should have we asked the bartender to give us change so we could leave what we thought would be enough to cover the bill. The bartender acted as if she was being bothered by our request to make change (she was sitting in a booth on her phone). We informed the bartender our intentions and asked if she was able to pull up our check in which her reply was, "No, I can't see other orders". We left $25.00 on our table and proceeded to leave, passing the bartender, our waiter and the Manager, without a word from any of them. As we are driving we see the manager come out of the restaurant. She did not wave at us or appear to want to speak with us but we stopped to talk with her anyway. Instead of inquiring of our dissatisfaction she told us we did not leave enough money to cover our $31.00 bill. We told her we never received one, if we had we would have paid the proper amount. We gave her $6.00 in which she took and proceeded to walk away. No, "I'm sorry for your experience" or "What can we do to make sure this does not happen again?". Nothing. I then asked for her name and as she is walking away she informs me her name is Deliah.

We have never experienced something like this before. We have never had to guess the amount of our bill. We have never had a manager give total disregard for the situation. We have never witness such poor management.

I am in absolute awe that an establishment can remain in business when there is such a lack of interest in their customers and...
