The food is pretty good. Except the guacamole. I love quac, but this guac is really bad. The beans aren't the best either. Weird flavor. Portion sizes are decent. Almost $3 each for guacamole and sour cream is super excessive for the tiny bit you get and it was an extremely minuscule amount of sour cream and guac that I got. Ridiculous. I've ordered here a few times. The man behind the counter preparing food seems like he doesn't want to be there. He appears emotionless and comes across as though he doesn’t like people. At least that’s what I’ve assumed coming from a customer service background. When I greet him or thank him, he ignores it and at times he's really hard to understand. I've found myself asking him "what?" more times than I can count. I shrugged it off the first time assuming he was having a bad day, but Ive had the same experience with him every time. I won’t be ordering from here anymore and that's sad cause it's a convenient place for...
Read moreIt's ok. Staff was really friendly which is odd for anything attached to a 711. Usually 711s are just awful and always have rude staff. That's still the case here, the 711 staff side was awful lol but the Laredo staff was cool. The food however was pretty mediocre and why on earth do you have one topping called cheese and one called queso. That's literally just cheese in Spanish. Maybe call it spicy cheese sauce or something. Also please ask the 711 to put handles on the bathroom door. Those things are impossible to close. Anyway I'll be expecting an automatic response here shortly that says "Thanks for your kind words, that doesn't sound right" or something like that because they don't actually care what you say about em online but hopefully this helps someone. If you want nice people making bland "Mexican" food and getting treated as though you're an unwashed heathen scumbag by a 711 cashier, then this is the...
Read moreYou will not find a better chorizo and egg breakfast taco within 1,100 miles. The tortillas are made fresh when you order. The soft and fluffy rounds of joy remind me of San Antonio. The chorizo is the real deal - savory and full of flavor; better than any store bought brand and I’ve tried them all. Don’t scoff at the idea of getting breakfast tacos at a 7-Eleven gas station. Texans know that sometimes the best tacos come from gas stations or shabby little stands that seem unlikely. In this case, the store is clean and the staff are friendly. If you’ve never tried chorizo this is the place to do it. They’ve got all the fixings, though I love mine with just chorizo and egg. Happiness is a...
