Main Street Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas Township

I’ve experienced the eye rolling mentioned in another review. We ordered pizza and wings last night. My husband eats the pizza and I eat the wings. When I went to pick up the order, there were no wings. I ended up going across the road to subway for my supper (which was great!) When I got the pizza home we found out that it was not right. There was pepperoni on it instead of black olives. It was supposed to have light sauce, but it was normal or heavier ( the dogs wouldn’t even eat it). My husband called and talked to Nick. He asked Nick to have the owner call him. Nick wanted to argue with him about the pizza. My husband had to repeat his phone number three times. After Nick reading back the order from the order sheet (which was written correctly except for the missing wings) he still wanted to argue that the pizza was correct. At the end of the call, my husband had to repeat his name again. That was last night, and still no call from the owner. Not a good experience and this seems to be the direction our recent...

Took my 9 year old granddaughter to get her Birthday pizza. From the CALL to order,To walking out door TERRIBLE service. Girl on phone was unprofessional and once there, we are excited NOT ONE PERSON spoke other than our total and thank you ,while leaving. I didn’t expect a party ,but dang tell a little girl “Happy Birthday”!You GUYS SUCK and it was all young adults 🤷‍♀️ . Do better Fowler. 🦅 Thx for the FREE pizza. I’ll just buy her one somewhere else. ✌️ And what is so SAD , a few of the kids working ,I CHEERED for at sports 🏈 🏀 and I only have a small connection (cousin-kid played sports) too Fowler (other than I use Schmitz ,Fowler Hot Spot) I don’t come to Fowler. I guess I expect MYSELF out of people and KINDNESS isn’t a thing...

I usually order from this place a time or two a week. The last couple months, the pizza has been horrible, black/burnt on the bottom and the mozzarella sticks were burnt on the top and bottom, while the middle was raw dough. I've never had more of a gut rot than after eating there the last time. They need to take notes from the sister establishment in Carson City. Ordered there as I have in the past, and still phenomenal, amazing pizza. Not burnt, plenty of sauce, not dry, not raw. And Carson actually fills the dip cups, Fowler you may get a stick or two worth of dipping sauce. I understand the family has like 37 kids, but maybe it's time for Fowler to hire someone other than a Epkey. Don Gilbert, do better. Lower quality with...
