Placed an order online and it gave a delivery option. Received confirmation through door dash it would be delivered in an hour. Called subway directly and a girl with an attitude told me they didnât do delivery. I explained what happened, hoping for a refund but all she said was she made the sandwiches and they were there. Nothing could be done as it was paid for. She also said that some people have said that they saw delivery available and her boss just said âwe donât do thatâ. My husband has to drive over to the store and pick it up. Then the poor door dash driver showed up and he said the girls at the store acted like nothing was wrong and didnât mention our call. Felt bad for him, sent him a copy of our receipt so he could try to get the $9 we paid for door dash. I think itâs probably a glitch in the subway system but regardless, the employee at this location was not interested in helping us or the driver.
