I will say the cake cookies and the Nana pudding is good. However, when ordering from them they only pay the most attention to 'tiktok' orders more.....perhaps it's because the platform is bigger and possibly get more exposure. Which doesn't make it right. We ordered some cookies straight from their website because ALL of their flavors aren't posted on tiktok and we wanted to try other flavors. Epic fail they're wayyy to slow in response time and concerns on their website. It was also expressed to them that in some areas the post office delivery drivers etc are irresponsible in delivering certain items or they steal them. With the exception of UPS which successfully delivered our other order in a timely manner. If you all use UPS to deliver the orders placed on tiktok why not use them for orders placed on your online website orders also. This is very disheartening because we had planned on placing other future orders with Carnells cakery, but the lack luster response from them pertaining to the issue is at a loss. I wish Carnells cakery the best of wishes in their business. But please listen to your customers more so that you all can receive the fullest support towards making your business a great blessing and success. Peace...

It’s so sad when you try to support black people and their businesses and they provide horrible customer service. I’m not local and I’ve ordered from them on tik tok, fast response on their and fast shipping through UPS. I noticed they don’t have the same cookie selection on Tik tok like their website so I ordered 3 cookies from their website, on their website it states they ship in 3 to 5 business days. I noticed my order was not shipped and by that time it was day 7. So I emailed them 3 times of course no response. When they did respond it was 2 and a half weeks later and whoever stated that their website was “glitching” which I knew it was a lie because the website wasn’t glitching when it accepted my payment and they had already created a shipping label a day after I ordered but my order never got shipped out. This is so disappointing because I really enjoyed the banana pudding and the cookies and wanted to support further but this experience put a bad taste in my mouth and I will no longer support. They cakes here are amazing! It was the perfect consistency it was so moist and good I wish it was another location closer to me but it was worth the drive! I got two cupcakes, the peach cobbler cheesecake, a cookie and lemonade! The cupcakes I got were the red velvet and cookies and crème. I didn’t like the cream cheese frosting I like mine sweeter but other than that the cake itself was the best I’ve had since moving to Dallas. She really makes a wonderful cake! The cheesecake did NOT disappoint. I love cheesecake and I haven’t found good cheesecake anywhere! The peaches were fresh and she used the perfect amount of sweetness I’m certainly getting it again. The cookie was another favorite I couldn’t stop eating it. The slushies brought me back to my childhood and the customer service was absolutely amazing it felt like talking to family!
