Why is it every time this store is sold. It goes down hill. I've been a regular at this location for over 7 years. Tonight the system was down. The new cashier refused to sale me 1.72 coffee. Told they lady i would pay in exact change. Still told me no. Had this been the crew from 2 months ago. I would've been able to get mh coffee tonight. Whether i paid for it now or in the morning when i go on my way to drop my kids off. You really need to put something in places so that sales can continue even if yhe system is down. I am very unsatisfied customer I go here everyday and for the last two weeks the French vanilla cappuccino has been out of order they say that it’s going to get fixed but to this day it is still broken that is a very popular cappuccino and now I feel like I have to go to another 7 11 to get my cappuccino that is ridiculous that they cannot fix a machine for it to be broken this long bad service. It is Saturday morning January 3rd at 3:42 a.m. this young man who is African-American I'd say probably about 19 years old and has I guess beginning dreadlocks he is the most unprofessional representative of 7-Eleven.
