Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

The food is good when you can actually get some. Every time we go, they either don’t have any chicken available, or they only have specific pieces. Also the service is always horrible. I went through the drive-thru. No one was in line. The worker was getting upset because we couldn’t really hear each other through mics at the ordering machine. So I pulled forward to just order at the window, and they literally told me that I couldn’t order at the window but I needed to circle back around and order through the speaker in drive thru. I explained how we couldn’t hear each other and that literally no one was in the drive thru so it would be the same thing. But they told me I still had to do it, so I left because I felt like they were making the situation worse than what it really was. My husband and I have tried ordering food here a handful of times and every time there...

They don't give you What you order and don't tell you what they are doing its more of a I don't care they are getting this Ordered a 8 mixed = didn't get that 10 pc leg and thigh 2 Large mashed potato with gravy = 4 individuals Biscuits = dry cold with no drizzled honey By the time I got home they already closed so I called the next day and was told Chicken= 10 pc that is what had left and was not going to cook any more 2 Large mashed potato with gravy =again that is what they had left and that 4 individuals equals 2 large and biscuits= I don't know I wouldn't have ordered if I knew that is what you were going to do I got a hmm ok Never...

i ate and paid 10$ for 3 pc meal.. was supposedly a good deal. But when i went and eat it, it has a bad smell like yiu can tell that theyve been using the same oil for a long time and very greasy and chicken taste like its a left over from yesterday that maybe they re cooked it.. im so disaapointed and didnt finish my lunch. i cant even eat the chicken skin because its gross!! Please throw away left overs and dont use old cooking oil, its going to be trans fatty and very unhealthy!!! this also happened at the chicken express last year february 2021..the worst smell for using old cooking oil. im sure not only me...
