Complete waste of time. What establishment doesn't have the main dish 3pm on a Sunday? I placed an online order and went there at the time indicated, still had to wait. I wasn't upset at the wait time, as it is a Sunday evening.
What pissed me off and the reason I will NEVER return is, they didn't have any golden fried chicken. Like what the hell? She said they have one fried breast. The food wasn't for me, it was for my sister's kids. If my niece wanted a breast, my sister would have ordered a breast for her. I asked if they had tenders and she said yes. After taking some time to think about it, I went ahead and told her to give me the tenders in place of the drumsticks.
A kids meal comes with a drink, so why did I have to ask her for it? Upon arriving home, my sister noticed the EXTRA GRAVY THAT WAS REQUESTED AMD PAID FOR, was not in the bag. The tenders had a gravy in them which wasn't enough for two kids! At 59 cents it wasn't worth a trip back up there.
Seriously, they knew damn well they were running out AND was out of fried chicken, so why in the hell was none available? She even had the nerve to tell one guy it would be 8 or 10 or maybe 15 minutes longer before they had some wings! He asked her why didn't she/they tell him that sooner, because they had already been up there for 20 MINUTES! She said "they just told me". Seriously folks, skip this location and go to another one. Better yet, Williams is up the street and I advised going there instead.
I should've just asked for a refund back to my sister's card.....there won't be a next time. To make matters worse, the kids didn't even like...

Ma’am nobody said you was & neither were we. We just wanted to know what do you have, Instead of wasting time saying don't have this and that SAY WHAT YOU DO HAVE. The lady then proceeds to have security tell us we have to go and we are explaining to him we not being hostile we just asked “what do you have then” so we can proceed to order. The security then said that there was nothing he could do since the lady that was taking our order is the MANAGER and no longer felt “comfortable” to keep helping us. Read moreI ordered 9 pc wicked wings all flat combo. The drive thru cashier amaharie was nice. I was told they will bring my food out twenty minutes passed no food. I go back to the window to tell them I have not received my food (they gave my food to someone else) so then I had to wait on rolls which was 6 minutes additional. I choose to get something in place of of rolls then a different lady come to the window and asked if I can get any wings because she didn’t feel like picking out nine flats….. I declined so I was giving a 6pc wings instead what I paid for 9pc. Cashier who previously helped me apologize brought my order out then it was a 8pc we both counted, apologized again and finally gave me my 9pc. I waisted 30min minutes by now for my order. Place was clean besides the guys coming to the window drinking while working… food was fresh but inconvenience...
