Joan’s Bakes and Cakes was exceptionally delicious, I called her the day before to ask her if she can make me a strawberry cheesecake for my husband’s birthday( cheesecake is his favorite) she kindly responded that she could and I ended up ordering two strawberry cheesecakes and and my husband and our family absolutely loved her cheesecakes she makes fresh strawberry sauce it’s not the strawberry sauce/ filling that they use in most bakery’s or stores she makes her so delicious you can eat it by itself! I got 3 cheesecakes (pralines pecan, carrot and strawberry) for Mother’s Day this year. I am pregnant and could not decide which I wanted and all 3 were AMAZING! My whole family was super impressed, and I had so much cheesecake they took some to their neighbors in Oklahoma. I was told when I come to visit, I now have to bring some cheesecake for everyone because it is the best they have ever had. I'm way over due to write a review for Joan! Her cheesecakes are amazing; the best I've ever had and there is no hyperbole in that statement. I'm partial to her plain with raspberry sauce. Heaven! And she is wonderful as well. I don't remember when I got the first, but I've bought many over many months (pre-pandemic? or at least since 2020) and it's become my go-to special dessert.
