I really hate to leave this 1-star review, because the employees have been great for the past couple years I have been going here, but I won't be coming anymore. The past couple times I have come here, parts of my order have been late and I have had to wait 10 minutes past when my mobile order said it would be complete. I understand on busier days, but there were only a couple of people in the dining room, and mobile drink orders were coming out pretty fast (my drink was already done prior to my arrival, but my food was not.) I have seen this older lady a couple of times, I believe she is a manager or director for starbucks, but she has been very distracting to the employees each time I see her and they made her food order immediately after her asking when I had already been waiting 5 minutes, and I saw that they still hadn't made mine. She also had made another customer uncomfortable by asking why their parent's named them that name (she gave her name to the barista when checking out) and what her name meant, and even after the girl tried to shut down the conversation, this lady kept trying to talk to her. Thankfully, one of the employees made her croissant quickly, so the girl could leave. I ended up asking for a refund on my food because I had to go to work. The employee who gave me a refund was super nice and quick about it. Read moreI went here for uber pick up . I went by the cash register to ask if the order is ready all the workers are making an order at super slow like a turtle. I stood by the register without anyone greeting or telling they will be right there. Ignored me for 4 minutes and the lady passed by and said ask if she is doing me a favor be right there. Just terrible service. This is a brand new location please hire more people or tell your workers to work faster. One of the slowest Starbucks worker I have ever been too.

After making a complain how slow the staff is instead of owning up to it or hire more people . Taking 1 hour to make one coffee is ridiculous. Please improve how you operate your business. I know for sure I will never go back to this location, eventho its a new location. The way the workers operating is really bad the time I went there no friendly greeting like saying I will be there with you or the rate of the workers are making drinks so slow and giving food or making drinks.... just unacceptable. If 3 people can't handle hire more people. I wasn't the only person waiting a lot more people were waiting forever . I choose to speak out .... I will be also reporting to your corporate store how slow your service is ... so they can evaluate what needs to be done. Read moreAs promised here is my updated review, originally gave it a 2 stars. Came in again on Tuesday, February 25th around 7pm. Ordered the matcha latte, and the lady, I believe her nametag read Sachi (sorry if I'm wrong!), at the counter told me I could order it in a glass cup instead which I never knew. Tried that and it tasted great, service was fast and the young lady was very helpful and nice. She also told me that the hours would be updating in a couple weeks and that they’d be closing an hour late. She went over and beyond in taking care of her customers, and if she isn’t the boss or manager of the store, she sure works like she is one. Props to her! As a small business owner, I applaud employees like her who is always smiling and friendly to customers. 👏
(old, from 2024) Like the reviews I’ve been seeing on here, the service is very slow. I went through drive-through on a Saturday morning and it took 20 mins to get my drinks. I’m so used to paying at the window and receiving my drinks, but they had me sitting at the window for 10 mins after waiting for the car in front of me for 10mins. During this time, a huge line of cars formed behind me. I’ve never received service this slow at a Starbucks location. They recently reopened at a new building, but it seems like they might be having staffing issues. I can’t comment on their service yet, but will definitely update in the future when I visit again.
