They attempted to have fried catfish as a special every friday. The first attemp was almost right but their oil was too cold. Second attempt they tried a different fillet and it was under cooked and tasted like lake bottom. Their cook "Steve" bragged to me that he is the best at cooking catfish and assured me that he would make the best. So I came in on my day off the friday he promised and he wasnt there.
