Smoothie Factory — Restaurant in Dallas

Whole driving back home for the holidays my husbands found this establishment and said let’s give it a try but I was hesitant as I usually am when restaurants are attached to gas stations. Well once again I stand corrected “never judge a book by its cover” or if it’s attached to a gas station. The smoothies were delicious and the service was great. The young man was home for the holidays and was headed back to college soon. He prepared my smoothie with what looked like fresh ingredients that I could see simply because of the layouts openness. I admittedly hadn't been to this location in awhile, so they no longer had the Vanilla LeanBody by Labrada Carbwatchers meal replacement packets that I'm used to. Unfortunately, after ordering my meal replacement with the protein powder they had, I was unable to communicate effectively with the employees in the store because of the language barrier. IMO, at least 1 person in the store should be able to answer questions about the macronutrients in the product I purchased. I requested Rice Milk to be used, but they used water instead. I have never really had any issues when visiting this location. The employees are always friendly and they are always working as quick and efficiently as possible to fulfill each order in a time manner.

They increased their staff which was definitely helped improve the speed of service. My smoothies are always fresh and made just right. I love the fresh juices as well and their menu will have you standing there indecisive because they have such a large variety to choose from.
