Not only was the customer service the worst I've ever been to I was scared to order. It was like the young black lady was in the back sleep she came looking sleep and we asked was she sleep jokingly she said no what's your order..... she didn't crack one smile. Then my hubby paid almost $8 or whatever for the XL and it wasn't topped off this was like kool aid juice we were given idk if the ice machine isn't any good anymore or if she don't know what she's doing but look at the big chunk of hard ice that was in the middle of mine...I know she seen this ish!!! Dont be fooled by fake reviews. They are cutting corners. No straws, no napkins, no juice. Your cup will be dry AF and way below the rim. No top is just giving you less. When the ice melts its "juicy" then but no flavor becayse they are curting every thing. The girl will argue with you about the flavors and anything else.

I've had several snow cones already this year, at a couple of their locations, the location on Hampton cross street Beltline and the one on Polk, cross street Wheatland, and, at both locations the snow cone syrup/juice is very watered down, you don't taste the rich flavor, of the snow cone, like you use to taste in years past. I haven't tried the location in Lancater yet, I'm sure it's gonna be the same way. and they went up on the prices, again!!!! Poor product,...
