UPDATE 2: Management! Get up there and help your employees! It's too hot for the orders to be delayed and they are having technical issues needing to run cards multiple times and app orders clearing. Sheesh. UPDATE: We placed an order on the app again after a LONG avoidance of this location. App worked fine. Pulled up and checked in. A lady promptly brought our drinks and explained the food was coming out fresh. She told me her name at least twice. I forget it but she was working with a lady named Hannah (my sis remembered her name). They were both very pleasant, friendly, and went above and beyond on our Service! The receipt only says DA Emplo and I feel terrible for not remembering her name or reading her name tag. Thank you both for the renewed faith in this location!!
Okay y'all. I tried. I ran by here last week and the order was wrong and service was, eh. Again, tonight, I just stopped in "real quick" to grab a couple of small items. First, let me give credit where it is due. The young man that initially brought my order out was very polite...as was the young lady who brought out the missing cheese sauce (more about that in a minute. She didn't deserve my frustration, because none of this mess was her fault. Those were the NICEST employees I have ever came across at this location. Moving on... The ice cream and slush machines were down. I ordered a regular pretzel & there was no cheese sauce in the bag. I requested cheese sauce and as it arrived, I realized why. They gave me the wrong pretzel. On the menu, the Cinnabon things are listed as $2.69. However, they ring up as $2.99. I decided that corporate needs to hear about the years of neglect that this location has had for its customers and while I was on the phone with them I realized that the Cinnabon items were in fact fried Oreos. Cold and squishy at that. 𤦠I tried. I really have. This is the closest thing besides Henderson's near us. I just don't get it. W H Y has management not tried to make this location better? Oh, and they "don't do refunds", so you'll have to call your card company & dispute any transactions...including the ones when they swear you didn't pay with card and make you pay again with cash. 𤷠Don't be fooled by these copy & paste responses from "management". They couldn't care less. Like, we get it, Sonic. It's "just" fast food. But, we are spending money so....? The single star is for those 2 employees that kept a smile and a positive attitude even though they have to deal with their job as messed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't eat at sonic that much. So I was working in the area yesterday and this was pretty much it. Since it was nice out we decided to eat at the patio. I ordered two #1 combos, while ordering I asked for a glass of water. The order taker laughed and said "what size?". I said whichever is free, she then replied, "nothing is free" I laughed as well thinking that she was joking. I thought she was, but then she said "you can get a mini cup of water for ten cents." I explained to her that I was spending $21.08, but that seemed to fall on deaf ears. At this point I was ready to cancel the order and drive somewhere else to eat. I didn't but really should have. They brought the food to the patio in the bags. We opened them up, there was no ketchup, so my son asked for some, she went back in and didn't come out for a while, so my son asked someone else and they gave him 4 ketchup for our combos, he gave me the 4 and asked for some more. No it took about 5 minutes before she came out with 4 more ketchups, but before she headed them to him she said "that will be 25 cents each" we were flabbergasted to say the least. Explained to her we didn't even get ketchup with our order... The food was not that great, I could tell the meat was not freshly cooked, and the tots seemed to be soaked in oil. Overall this is an epic fail, especially for someone who doesn't eat here much anyway. I will not ever again buy anything from Sonic. They made it perfectly clear that the customer, is just there to hand over their hard earned money. I have already fired Wendy's, and now...

For starters the speaker was very low you can barely hear the employee. secondly we requested to add to our order. the young man that was waiting on us. They didn't let me put it in for you it went inside we sat and waited for about 10 minutes finally I asked one of The Hoppers did she get him to ask the status of our order and she told us he left to go home for the day. I told her we added to our order and never brought us our nor did he till us he was leaving for the day. I then told her what we were requesting and ask her can she put the order in she never came back with any information nor did she recommend us to reorder after I told her to order I had to stop her again and ask hey did you check on the order she said yes and my manager said she got to see if he put it in so what I did was I just reordered again. we set there for so long finally we started asking The Hoppers they were supposed to be going to see the status and every time they came out they had an excuse for something else I was very disappointed all they had to tell me was please re-order again .I don't know where they located these employees but they were not motivated, self-motivated or did not think on basic levels of things. they need to be addressed to meet the customer needs they didn't bring or offer Mints, straws, ketchup, or napkins I am so done with...
