Williams Fried Chicken #15 — Restaurant in Dallas

Sad. I went to this location and when I pulled up the so call manager Jennifer was on her personal ph and still talking to whoever she was talking to. She finally hang up her phone probably after 2-3 min. She get my order and instead of her saying hay we have this deal for a better price for what you are paying, Never. Then I get my order and I can tell it was some precooked chicken not fresh because it took 2 min to get a 3pc dark. Then she comes and tells me she don't have any lids for the large drink I ordered. Smh I ask can I just get a med drink instead of a large she give me the order. I look at my receipt and she charged me the same price. She then proceeded to tell me that she had to charge me for the cup that's why it was the same price. My question was why you charge me for something that Williams 🍗 can't provide I ask for the management she was management SMH. NEVER AGAIN. This hood location will never see a 💲 out of my pocket. The chicken is well seasoned and crispy, the rolls are fresh and soft but the down side is they didn't give me what I ordered and paid for. I ordered 20 pieces of chicken (mixed) with 10 rolls but I was given just 10 pieces of chicken and 10 rolls. I didn't open the box cos I bought the food for my son's teachers for their picnic, I was so embarrassed and disappointed when I found out it was just 10 pieces. I felt cheated on and deceived because it wasn't a mix up as I was the only customer they had as of when I ordered n left. Not sure why the attendant did what she did but I am now skeptical of going back there. Be sure to count your package each time before leaving...

This was the worst chicken experience EVER!!! The service was mediocre at best. The cook who took our order was okay at first, until he fell into a slang conversation with us. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Next the young woman who took the payment processed it all wrong, despite clear, specific instructions as to how and what was to be paid with card and or cash. Next the time it took for the food to be prepared and served exceeded the 30 minute lunch time I was allotted. In total, It took well over 50 minutes. Lastly, to add insult to injury the chicken was undercooked and sooooo greasy. Will not be a return customer to this...
