i want to start by saying i have worked in the restaurant industry for almost a decade and understand the pressures and inconveniences. also i have NEVER left a review GOOD OR BAD in my entire life but im highly disappointed. food is pretty good but every time the service is HORRIBLE. i mean seriously, its like they dont want your money. first time me and my stepmom went we were LAUGHED AT for asking whats in the bento roll. the snarky little girl laughed, rolled her eyes and said its like a california roll… girl if it was like the california roll why have both? they seriously need to update their online menu. we ordered it anyway, it was good but nothing like a california roll. my stepmom refuses to go now but i thought maybe they were having a bad day. turns out its always a bad day over there. tried to call and place an order and i felt like a complete inconvenience to them. i did not even ask any questions, knew exactly what i wanted and STILL they had horrible attitudes and this time it sounded like a full grown woman, hopefully not the manager or something i mean good lord this is your PAYCHECK. normally i would chalk it up to a bad day and tip a lil extra but theres no excuse for the entire staff to just be plain out disrespectful. i just ended the phone call & sadly will never eat there again. food was good for the area but not worth lining pockets of those rude A*S people. seriously wish coco ni would open on mondays they are the best & actually care about...

So, my husband and I just went there and ordered two steak hibachis. We got home and he pulled a hair out of his. Yuck. I made it through 1/3 of mine and pulled a hair out of mine. That’s two orders, with hair being in BOTH. I don’t even know what part of the body that hair came from but wow, it’s closer than I want to be to a stranger. Not to mention, the whole building is surrounded by flies. The girl at the drive through window was nonchalantly swatting away the swarm like it was completely normal. Why are there so many flies?? Why is there so much hair?? Please use my wasted money to buy Raid and a razor to shave the werewolf chef. Two stars because y’all used...
