Awesome selections of fresh meats. They also have other various items such as desserts and even little restaurant inside the market. They also support veterans by offering a discount. Their deli meats and cheese are top notch. They got awesome cheesecake. The duck bacon is soo good. The downside is. They charge more for milk than their competitors down the road, and also do not provide customers with a bottle deposit reimbursement. The store is very tiny so it can become packed super quick and people are not very courteous of people around them. I’ve had people cut me in line without even looking at me or acknowledging me and right in front of guy at the deli. With that said if you require a service animal, this place may not be a safe place for your service animal or you. The services dogs ability to perform their duties in a safe manner will definitely be hindered at some point while shopping here. The lady at the front cash register is alway very kind but I will not return after the last encounter I had here. They have the most AMAZING Chicken salad, the best BBQ, an homemade Slaw. Everything in there is GREAT. I used to be a Mid-Town Market Chicken Salad all the way. Wouldn't have or try anything else. Because they had the BEST in town. They had a Great long run, but since Chuck's opened up an I got a taste of what their Chicken Salad, I'll never ever eat Mid-Town again. Chuck's is the best in Danville Va an all of the surrounding areas. As for that dang on BBQ they make a sell, it will literally have you hooked so fast, you'll refuse to eat BBQ anywhere else. Not to mention that homemade Slaw on the BBQ or hot dog whatever. I can literally eat that with a spoon. That's a promise. I've heard so much about Chuck's that I had to visit. We were greeted by very friendly clerk who asked us if we needed help and continued to let us know where everything was seeing that it was our first visit. The place was clean and seemed very well organized. My wife and I so beautiful pieces of meat fit for anybody's backyard grill. Although we were there to just look around we ended up buying the best hamburgers we had ever tasted. I had a real double cheeseburger, they could have given me more fries but my meal was delicious.
