Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Danville

I want to give PIZZAHUT PIZZA IN DANVILLE INDIANA ON OLDFARM ROAD A HUGE HUGE HUGE SHOUT OUT !!!!!! My husband had a craving for pizza one day 6-12-20 so he ordered a pizza thin crust had everything on it and it looked beautifully it was cooked throughly and that's a must to have that hint of light brown crispy crust..... and I'm very picky about my pizza so picky my husband picks me up something else as back up oh my this pizza is so GOOD cold with a good cold coke!!!!! The pizza was AMAZING you guys......... okay so yesterday 6-15-20 My husband was like what sounds good for dinner? I was starving so everything sounded good to me.... I said I want pizza huts pi zza just like the other night and of course my back up TB well PIZZA HUT PIZZA DID IT AGAIN!!!!! HE ORDERED 2 OF THEM TIME BECAUSE I SAID GET 2 The pizza was AMAZING AGAIN!!!! Thank you so much whoever is ma king these pizzas keep it up , give him or her a raise ....this person needs to be kept and appreciated idk who it is but I put in the dates and it was dinner times after 5pm for pick up..... Ordered pizza online for delivery, wait was 60 minutes according to their online tracker. 90 minutes in no change on order status, "still being made". Called and a boy said it was ready but only 1 driver but we could pick it up. At that point, we all had evening commitments so was not possible to go get it and come back, so called back and asked for refund. Said they could not even find our order and wasn't sure why the other guy said it was ready. Told them we had an order number but she said she didn't know how to put it in the computer. So basically, inept employees insuring we will never come back. Zero concern just like any other order to them. 100% pathetic. Checked my card 15 minutes after this total failure and there was the refund, so apparently, they could find my order after we hung up. Terrible experience, before this no problems. This experience wiped away all the good ones...

Saturday September 14,2019 I mentioned to my husband that pizza Hut Pizza and a salad sounded good for dinner he said okay so he ordered a supreme thin crust for us and a cheese pizza for the kids (my salad came from Casey's gas station I'm picky lol ) I'm usually not a huge Pizza person normally if we would get a pizza because everyone else big pizza lover than I and I would just pick off the toppings or get something else elsewhere BUT wow whoever worked that evening after 6pm made our PIZZA'S 100% PERFECT I mean it was cooked throughly it had that crisp and to me that's done !!!!! I hope it continues to be crispy because I want another one lol I hope this person gets acknowledged for the work , a rewarded somehow maybe by gift cards or something because I know one thing it takes a team to make the place run not just...
