Shark Grill — Restaurant in Danville

So disappointed In my visit tonight! Started off with being out on hold trying to place my order and was forgotten waited 12 mins then called back and received an oh sorry… ok stuff happens. I get there to pay for my food used my debit card apparently they have issues they ran my card 10 or 11 times it supposedly failed every time I didn’t have another card so I offered to go get cash from the atm down the street did that and realized my account has 2 pending transactions from them 46$ each! When I showed the lady this she said she couldn’t do anything till Monday because banks are closed tomorrow but mine is actually open so I told her I’d call. I ended up Paying with cash since their terminal didn’t show my charges. Go my food home and my cauliflower was just a big ball of mush! The fish filet and chicken We had were amazing but the fries were burnt to a dark brown a completely mushy. I normally have no issues and the staff is USUALLY accommodating and friendly but I got hardly an apology for all the issues this evening and I’m waiting to see if...

Kid Friendly- Clean- DELICIOUS- High Quality- Food is always cooked fresh and great prices for quality food. I Especially love the authentic seafood. My kids love the sandwiches. If you want a savory hot meal full of flavor, TRY SHARKS! I recommend everything on the menu. The alligator bites are my favorite. There is only 1 chef here so the wait time for your food could be up to 20 minutes but it's well worth the wait for a freshly cooked to order meal. I was very satisfied with my dine-in experience and have never had a problem with any of my carry-out orders. In Danville, the only places that deliver are Cold sandwich, Pizza and Chinese food places and their menus are limited. BUT SHARKS DELIVERS. They have lobster, crab, alligator oysters, GYROS, Philly steak, Philly Chicken and Italian Beef, Catfish, Tilapia, Perch, Fried Mushrooms, Okra pickles ,Gourmet Burgers and SO MUCH MORE!! Well, wow. Not what I expected, BETTER. All the food we received was delicious. The waitress was extremely personable and fun. They weren't busy so we talked to the people at the next table who said (and I quote) I've never gotten anything bad here. The prices were extremely reasonable (who can complain about that?). Then top top off the experience the waitress brought us a generous sized sample of they're gyro meat because I had mentioned maybe trying it next time! Well they won me for next time and probably the time after that! I was surprised everything was served on paper plates , but if it helps to keep the cost down, I accept the trade off. The restaurant is not large nor highly decorated, but it pulls off it's theme with a mural and whale salt and pepper shakers. The menu is really quite large and different. You should try...
