Highly disappointed with my experience here.
If I could give this place no stars I would.
About FOUR months ago, I placed an order on their mobile ordering website for $40 worth of food. My card didnāt go through so I thought maybe I entered it wrong and boom still didnāt go through. I had funds in my account so it wasnāt that. I decided to try my credit card instead and that didnāt work either. Kept coming up with an error message not going through.
I ended up calling the restaurant and placing an order with the girl over the phone. I explained to her how I tried to order online and wanted to make sure it didnāt once and for all go through and that Iād be charged multiple times. She told me that she āhad no order go through on her endā and that āI should be all set and shouldnāt get charged.ā When I went to go pick up my food I talked to the manager and she told me that it shouldnāt go through even though I could see it pending on my credit card and debit card accounts.
Days later, when my transactions finally posted my credit card cleared and I wasnāt charged any money. Great, awesome! Of course I was happy about that BUT then I looked at my debit card account and it had posted there. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager who then told me sheād call me back after she looks through her credit card slips on her end. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I ENDED UP CALLING BACK asking for her again. We ended up playing phone tag and days later she got back to me saying that āshe couldnāt see anything on her end and that it was MY BANKS ISSUE.ā EXCUSE ME???? My bank??? Itās your mobile ordering system that charged me not my bank. She then told me I needed to file a claim with my bank because there was āNO WAY SHE COULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE HER DRAW WOULD BE SHORT.ā
FORTY DOLLARS!!!! Are you kidding me. IT IS NOW FOUR MONTHS LATER........
I filed a claim with my bank on January 25, 2021 and didnāt receive my money back until April 23, 2021.
That is ludicrous.
This establishment has lost my business entirely. I will never step foot into this place again. What kind of business canāt reimburse a customer $40 worth of food. I wasnāt even asking for my money back but rather $40 worth of food, which anyone who goes to this place knows thatās not a...

I went in today to get a coffee, nobody tended to me even though they saw me. They just ignored me & didnāt even say they would be right with me. I find this rude because when Iām at work and Iām busy I let the customer know Iāll be right there to help them. Not just stare at them and give them dirty looks. When the girl with glasses & a mask came up, she was very rude to me. Iāve seen her multiple times & have been here multiple times but there was only one time she was actually nice to me. Idk if sheās working to much but today I heard her be very disrespectful to an older gentleman. He simply asked her if they would be open on Sunday & if they were going to sell food. Apparently he couldnāt hear her through her mask, so he asked her to repeat herself. She yelled at him in a way that startled me when I was waiting for my food. āI said weāre only selling drinks and no foodā along the lines of that. The tone was not acceptable, especially to an older man. I asked him if he was okay when he came outside after me. He said āoh I couldnāt hear her so she was trying to get the message through.ā And In my opinion, I would never yell at a customer like that. That was so disgusting & rude. The first time I tried going for an acai bowl during my break, it wasn't too busy but they told me it would be a 30-minute wait so I left and went to Dunkin instead.
The second time I tried to plan ahead and order online, but the acai bowl wasn't an option so I picked a yogurt parfait. The website was super glitchy on the checkout page so I could not enter payment info, but thankfully my friend I was meeting with was able to place the order. Even with ordering ahead, you have to wait in line to get the food. I can see this being reasonable for things like the parfait and acai bowls that need to be in the fridge, but the other food items are bagged and ready to go. It would be nice if they had a pickup area like other places with online ordering.
Some operational changes could make for smoother service. If I want to wait 30 minutes for food I would go to a restaurant. The lack of being able to do a quick pick up will keep this cafe from becoming a go...
