El Centenario — Restaurant in David City

I usually order the same thing every single time, ground beef quesadilla with both sides of the quesadilla extra crispy. About 80% of the time I order for pickup, they manage to get at least 1 thing wrong with my order. Most of the time they only make one side extra crispy, or just forget to altogether, and rarely make both sides crispy like I always ask. Also I used to order extra shredded cheese and no guac/sour cream/salsa with my order, but just stopped making the effort since they usually messed that up in several ways and could almost never simply get it right. Also, about 50% of the time, they give me steak quesadilla instead of ground beef and I have to go back and exchange it, which is actually what I had to do today this time. After so so so many times of screwing up my order, this time one lady apologizes and says that she gave me “free cheese sauce,” which I had absolutely no use for, since I already have the salsa they gave me for my tortilla chips, and even if I didn’t, I consider it a super lame free apology food item and went straight in my garbage. I’m getting to the point of giving up on them after giving so many chances, which is unfortunate, because I love their ground beef quesadilla and they have decent food most of the time, which is about the only good thing about them. We ate there for months but after a while they became combative about what was included with menu items tried to say it didn't come with sauce when it lists on the menu that it dose everytime we ordered to go out order was wrong so we decided to give them one more try and dined in and got some to go out was not what we ordered and found what we believe to be tons of beard hair in the to go burritos we have not been back since and definitely do not plan on going back. Most times when I go for lunch we are in and out within the hour. They have a special lunch menu Monday - Friday that gives a little price break. You get chips and salsa as soon as you sit down. Someone is right with you to get your drink order. There have only been a few times when they have had large groups that lunch has taken longer than an hour. That they had no control over the large groups coming in before us. We are lucky to have a place like this...
