As far as Runza goes its hard to mess up. The food at this particular site is amazing. Its always seems to be made fresh and delicious. The service on the other had is kind of a disapointment. I once paid extra for a few ranch containers and they completly forgot, then the next time they remembered to give me my extra ranch but the containers broke open and spilled all over my food making a huge mess. Then on my last visit the server tried handing me the wrong drink, when I corrected her she adjusted and gave me the correct drink, but next she hands me a bag of the wrong food. This time when I point it out to her she just stares at me. She then told me she must have given my food to the car ahead of me. I said that was fine but she still continued to stare at me. I told her that I would wait until they remade my order and she seemed annoyed about it. But at the end of the order she ended up giving me a free cookie.
The food here is always good, fresh and worth coming back for which is why I do. I just wish the employees would slow down a little more just to think about how they are presenting themselves and the food they are handing out. I understand mistakes will be made but out of my three visits, all three visits have...

To enter the drive-through, you need to navigate to the alley at rear of the building and literally drive into the building, creating a minor safety hazard as you depart onto the sidewalk at the front of...
