Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dayton

Ordered a multiple topping large pizza for DELIVERY with 2 garden salads and after our food was done almost a hour later they called and wanted us to PICK IT UP when we have no car so we PAID a neighbor to pick up our food and dominos gave us someone elses pizza which had chicken i cannot eat im allergic and gave our pep mush onion banana pep bacon on half extra cheese to someone else ONLY SENT ONE SALAD DRESSING NO SILVERWARE AND gave a credit of basically 3.00 after we paid our friend 10.00 and when asked to replace it tonight HE REFUSED so beware from THIS STORE WE GOT NO DINNER TONIGHT BECAUSE OF THE MAN NIGHTTIME MANAGER AT KUNTZ RD dayton NOT DOING THEIR JOB WE ORDER HERE 3 TIMES A WEEK WELL NO MORE ILL SPEND MY MONEY AT THE MAIN ST STORE FROM NOW ON IF I GET DOMINOS EVER AGAIN!!! I have been trying to give this location a chance for years now. Corporate keeps telling me they are under new management and it should get better but they never do. I only receive maybe 1 out of 10 decent orders. Always something wrong with them. And its stuff like forgetting buffalo sauce on a buffalo pizza..how does that even happen? They are supposed to be contactless delivery due to covid19 but refuse to leave my order at my door. I tip well and always get screwed by this location. Corporate always tries to send me a coupon for the mistakes but it doesn't fix the messed up meal I have to put up with. Over 3 years and they still haven't gotten 2 orders in a row correct. I have even lave cakes once with no icing no powder sugar and they looked like they were stabbed with a fork. This location is terrible and I would never recommend...

Gave it three stars because the website did not work when I tried to place my order online which prevented me from getting my points towards my next free pizza... Then I only got like 3 napkins when I asked for paper plates & napkins when I could have used more like 8 to 10 napkins if not more, because the pizza was very oily due to the garlic butter from the crust... the food was top notch though but my jeans had to take the brunt of the oily hands while eating it and I think it's not too much to ask when requesting napkins that you receive enough to use for the greasy extra cheese pepperoni hand tossed and greasy stuffed cheesy bread I ordered and paid for. Still recommend them but my jeans new garlic butter flavoring is something that I am not too...
