I don’t typically like leaving negative reviews, but this was the worst iced latte I’ve ever had.

I watched her make it and she used powdered coffee and whatever brewed coffee they had around (nothing was made fresh). The drink was crunchy, from the instant coffee used, and tasted terrible.
