Stopped here after a day of soccer tournament games. Located just off the main restaurant, the shake shack has space and good outdoor seating. The menu has a solid amount of options and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our ice cream came out very quickly and was prepared as ordered. The ice cream and shakes were great! We'll definitely be stopping by again if we're in the area.

My 1st visit won't be my last. I found SHAKE SHACK on recommendation from a friend. My eyes popped out of my head when I was served this MONSTER STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE. OMG AMAZING ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER!! Not only will I be back but I'll continue to promote and share SHAKE SHACK. One more reason to get back to Dayton. Keep doing what you're doing. CHEERS!! The turtle waffle bowl sundae was really good, but the peanut butter blaster shake was just ok. The cup for the shake was only filled a little over halfway with ice cream, and the rest was all whipped cream. The shake wasn't overly flavorful, either. For the price, I'd pass on the shakes next time and stick with the sundaes.

I saw a post of their new winter shakes on Facebook and had never been and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Winter Wonderland which is the peppermint shake. The server was very pleasant and even though she was the only one working, she was super fast and the shakes were beautiful. She is the only reason I gave these shakes 2 stars. First for the price, even being pretty was crazy high (over $9.00 per shake). I took it back to my car to eat with my husband. Once we got through the mountains of whipped cream, the shake part was terrible. It was super runny and tasted like sour milk. I expected the ice cream to have a peppermint flavor or at least peppermint chips through it, something, but it was what I think was just plain vanilla. We only ate about 3 bites each before the taste of sour milk became too much. This was my first experience there so it will be quite a while before I go back. I always give every place 2 tries before I write them...

I was so disappointed. I have been following “Rip Rap Shake Shack” on Facebook for quite some time now, always wanting to visit. This past weekend I finally visited, & was thoroughly disappointed. From their Facebook posts I thought it would be a more enjoyable experience, however, it was my first & last time going to this place. There was one person working & she couldn’t hate her job more, at least that’s what her customer service showed me. I ordered a Butterscotch shake, & it was absolutely disgusting. It was basically like I was drinking straight milk out of my cup, absolutely no thickness to it, no flavor, tasted nothing like Butterscotch, & not even whipped cream on top. It was literally the saddest shake I’ve ever seen/tasted. I was so excited for absolutely no reason, not to mention that I got sick directly afterwards. You are better off going to DQ, I’ve had a far better...

I called yesterday to see if they had Gluten free options as my granddaughter is allergic to wheat. The lady I spoke to assured me that they had several options to choose from. We go there today and the young ladies working there were not well educated on what GF options they sell. They said they had 2 choices of Dole whip & a sugar free vanilla ice cream to choose from. I wouldn’t consider any of those options anything special. I had one disappointed 7 year old. Maybe consider having a couple more GOOD gluten free options. Your staff definitely needs educated on food allergies! If you have any food allergies, you should consider...
