I frequent subway, this was my first time at this location. I arrived a few minutes after 9, they close at 10 which they made me aware of. I ordered 3 foot longs. 1 big philly which they make exactly like a regular steak n cheese, no extra meat or dbl cheese. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch that should also come with double cheese. The employees told me i was wrong that it does not come with dbl cheese because the one girl has worked for different locations and never heard of that, i told them that i visit different subways and this was the first time i had ever heard of them not doing it. I was quickly cut off and told well you can buy as much as you want. I also asked for guacamole, what they had portioned up in tiny black suffle cups was brown. He showed it to me and said that it was to late to open a new pack so if i still wanted it, that would have to do. The one guy told me, as i tried to carry on a conversation with him, that the owner watched them on camera to make sure they do not over portion. I will NEVER return to this subway. Read moreCame in on my 30 min lunch break and was waiting for someone to make my sub. Only one guy Infront of me. Took one girl 10 minutes to make his sub. Which is fine but the other girl started to make my sub and walked off and they switched. But then 2nd girl went to the back of the kitchen and was doing things back there. I've always been taught in the food industry you serve your customers first. So after 10 minutes of my sub sitting there and watching the girl load bread in the oven I left. I would understand if it was busy or things were low and needed to be stocked but I shouldn't have to wait 10-15 minutes in line when there's 2 employees and one customer especially when ppl are on their lunch break. The worker finished up these making two flatbreads around 650, and as the worker was finishing wrapping them, another customer finally entered the store. They had an online/doordash order that was not ready. At this point the worker finally acknowledged me and told me he would help me after he finished the next two doordash orders he had not yet started. After waiting 10 minutes for two subs to be made for the order ahead of me, and having two new orders jump me, I didn't have an hour to wait to finally be helped.
