I really wanted to love the food here I’ll get to wind a second it looks great there very friendly nice Mexican family and everything on the menu seems like it works and would be delicious the amount of space outside the food truck is ample and there’s also parking if you want to eat in your car Great service very friendly people and now I’m going to tell you why I dropped it two stars. This is an example of having all the right ingredients all the right atmosphere and not being able to put it together I ordered a torta and a taco both of brisket which is a great option to have but I didn’t know how to put it together correctly i’ll start by talking about a torta torta it was brisket baked beans lettuce tomatoes Crema Fresca and a little bit cheese the problem here was that they diced the brisket they mixed it with the baked beans and cream it made a type of meat jelly that tasted incredibly bad no I think this is normal practice because they did exactly the same thing with the taco the taco had diced brisket a little cilantro onion and a lime but the brisket was overcooked and you can tell that it was there for a while so everything was great it was poorly executed so solely on the atmosphere and the space I get three stars but the food was subpar and I wanna go again and I’m going to go again earlier to see if the...

Hands down the best Mexican food in all Dayton, and surrounding areas, and it's not even close. I had almost given up on eating out Mexican food, because everywhere I went the food was just bland and under seasoned. But Camachos didn't miss at all the food was perfectly seasoned and the meat was super tender and juicy, literally melts in your mouth. I haven't had authentic Mexican food like this in like 4 years when I lived in AZ... I'll definitely be coming and I'll recommend this food truck 10 out of 10 times.
