Jamaican Grill — Restaurant in Dededo Municipality

My personal favorite place! I could eat this everyday if i could! Best Bbq i have ever had in my life! I usually get the 1/2 chicken combo with red rice and a big bowl of finadene! Also try there cucumber tomato salsa on your rice you gotta try its soo good! Also there fries and burger is bomb but I highly recommend the bbq! They have ribs too but I'm more of a chicken person lol and if I do get it I recommend the boneless short ribs! Enjoy and ya mon! Serious food ❤💛💚 8/9/2021 Update worst service drive thru service tonight no one acknowledged I was there even when I called to follow up and told them I was there they said it's not done and it's been 40 min when they said it will be done in 20 min so I go inside to pick it up and its there sitting waiting for me ugh it was even a slow night all the staff was either standing around or eating outside the staff outside didn't even care either and after me there was 3 other cars waiting when I left the manager needs to make sure all customers are taken care of!!!...

I’ve ordered ahead for picked up and dined in and I’ve Always had good service with them and the food has been consistently good. This place is Kid-friendly, they have lots of high chairs and big enough space to bring a stroller or a car seat. Today one of their servers went above and beyond and helped me get my potluck trays in my car. Big relief and amazed at the customer service Bc I had my 2 young kids with me. My only concern is the location of it. Although it is in an accessible place, some folks that hangout around the area can be questionable. But then again this is Dededo there will always be folks like that around.. so I guess just stay safe park close to...

Bad service? Not even close

Ordered 3 hours ahead, just to find that my order was not even in the system. A worker rang it up and promised that they’ll bring it out in 5 minutes so I wait. After 12 minutes, the manager comes and ask me if I got my order and goes to check. 20 some minutes later, the same worker says that the order is being brought by her manager right now. 10 minutes later, I was tired of lies and asked for a refund and after the worker talked with the manager she gave me the money back without any explanations.

Mind that only three tables were full in the restaurant and two customers took their orders to go.
