Hands down best Mushroom Swiss Burger in Guam. This is a burger, fries and milkshake place so best to stick ordering that.
I've been coming here since they opened and have observed them go through several menu changes, expansions, reductions, and refinements. I still remember when the food used to come in plastic baskets, then metal trays, and now fancy wooden cutting boards. The presentation and refinement of the menu has just been improving over time, and it's great to see. Prices have gone up, but portions have not slimmed down. The staff have always been transparent about what's happening at the restaurant and have always informed the public (i.e. they've been shut down for health code violations but have stated why and corrected the issues/also why price raises). Food wise, the burgers and fries have been consistently well seasoned, cooked properly/made to order, and presented nicely. The Mushroom Swiss burger in particular has amazing umami compared to other places. It's larger than most and they aren't stingy with the mushrooms. Pair this with one of their smooth and creamy milkshakes (I'm partial to the Fruity Pebble one) and you will have satisfied even the deepest salty, savory and sweet cravings imaginable.
The food is not without fault though. Small and minor observations from me, I don't believe the burger buns match the fillings. The buns are quite sweet and a bit too soft/doughy for carrying such substantial burgers. Also, the Loco Moco gravy is oddly bland. Not in an under seasoned kind of way but it lacked any depth or flavor other than salt and pepper, it was pretty standard issue (stick to the burgers and fries).
Service has always been good for me. The workers always were attentive and never had attitude problems, they genuinely seem nice every time I visit.
Overall, 5 stars. Even with the minor food issues, the flavor and service makes up for it. Definitely a place to visit but be advised, the food is surely in "cheat meal" territory and will most likely cause...

I Was Today Years Old When I Discovered One of the Best Burgers Down the Street From Me **
So here's the deal: I've worked literally down the street from Dish n That for years... and somehow only just tried it--twice--in the last few months. I know, I know. It's like discovering you've been sitting on a gold mine but never bothered to dig. Tragic.
Let's break it down.
Visit #1:* I went full classic and ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger, and let me tell you--this thing *slapped. Juicy, flavorful, and the kind of burger that whispers sweet nothings to your soul. It was thicc (with two C's), and honestly, I would've married it if that were legal in my state.
Visit #2:* I branched out and got the Blazin' Bacon Jalapeño Burger* because I like to live dangerously. Spicy, savory, bacon-y perfection. Did I love it? Yes. Would I order it again? Probably. But if I had to choose between the two, Mushroom Swiss is still my number one boo.
Each meal came with a mountain of fries (RIP my waistband) and a can of soda (no fountain drinks, but we're staying classy, folks). The portions? Massive. I had leftovers, and they were just as good reheated--like the kind of leftovers you actually look forward to.
The vibe?** Chill, clean, and casual. Perfect for a low-key date, a lunch break where you want to pretend you're not at work, or if you're trying to impress someone with your impeccable burger taste.
The staff?** Super friendly, fast, and totally on their A-game both times I went. Gold stars all around.
Final rating:** If Yelp let me do 4.5 stars, this place would have it. Since it doesn't, just know this place is a strong contender in my personal burger hall of fame. A little pricey? Sure. But worth every penny especially with our limited options of really good burgers...
Read moreMy experience of this place was lackluster mostly due to the service. Walking in It wasn't the best burger joint I've seen atmospherically but it was solid to say the least. I ordered a Angus Double Cheeseburger and the quality of the meat was quite good. However, the bun was somewhat stale and the burger was a bit hard to eat even if it was a smashburger. Fries were basic, can't complain about them. Sauce was fine, ketchup and mayo type mix. The service was lackluster, the person in the front was very rushing, awkward and unclear. When Ordering, the person asked me if I wanted to upgrade, I said yes because they said it quite unclear and I preassumed it was something free that was a common sensical thing to do. It was an extra charge of 3 dollars for onion rings, thats not a problem price. It was just that it was unclear and I could've paid extra. I asked for dine-in during the time since I wanted to sit down and eat the burger and enjoy it. The food took a decent amount of time to be finished. When recieving it, it was in a styrofoam box, like a to-go box and I didn't think much of it. More customers walk in and order other foods and also dine-in, they didn't recieve styrofoam boxes though and got plates. Later, I asked why I didn't get a plate and they stated "I said many times to-go and you said yes". Now I don't wanna be a person to have that "the customer is always right" mentality, but I did not hear any mention of to-go. Additionally I found 2 eyelash hairs...
