I'm sure someone can provide a master class on how to ensure your services are superb and entice them to return. I rarely eat out, especially from Haitian restaurants because of the rude service. Only one young lady did that well. She greeted me, asked me if I had placed my order yet. The food served here is prepared with love as if somebody’s mother is back there in the kitchen cooking. I’ve had many different foods from here. The stew chicken “pul sos” is amazing and they give a generous helping of gravy with it. The goat they serve is very meaty and has a good meat/bone ratio. If you want to “manje bom” then “wap vini” this is the place to be.

You know the food is gonna be good when they tie the plastic bag too tight. 😂
