Snappers On The Water — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

I went there for the first time with my wife for a friend's birthday. My wife and I had already ate earlier so we only had a bill for $20. The waitress charged my card for another person's bill that was just under $350.00. I noticed the next morning so I called and explained what had happened, I still had my receipt (the only one I ever received) and was told there was "nothing they could do, figure it out with my bank and good luck." I called back multiple times and eventually spoke to a manager who was said she would notify accounting but it has been almost another week and nothing has been resolved. I have never experienced customer service this awful. They should be ashamed. The waitress was very polite and made a mistake, completely understandable; Her management should have taken care of this as soon as they were notified the next day....

Been here quite a few times because of the location and usually the atmosphere… 3 people at the bar, waited forever while one waitress was talking with her friends who were just visiting, finally went to the bar and asked for drinks, she ignored me for a minute then got ours drinks and then came over and took our order same waitress sat in the corner w the manager chatting another set of people came in, she and another waiter took their order immediately their food came out at the same time as ours delivered by 2 people Our burgers were burnt, onions rings burnt… totally ridiculous … manager finally came over and acted shocked and apologized… he literally watched the whole time… worst experience we’ve had in a very long time… so...

on my friend’s 21st birthday, we went to snappers. the day after, we tried to go again and they denied her despite letting her in the night before. also had very weird energy, security would not let boys go on the stripper pole, only girls (creepy). service was terrible and staff was very unfriendly. will NOT be going back. chuck, the manager, is a delight. aside from him, everything else was below adequate. the dj also refuses to take...
