Cabin Fever Coffee (Southside) — Restaurant in Defiance Township

Some friends and I decided to pay a visit to this location on a Sunday, as the other location (our favorite!) is not open on Sundays. The store itself was cute, and our drinks were fine as we expect from Cabin Fever.

We came in at a pretty busy time, and it took about 20 minutes for us to reach the front of the line, as there was also a drive-thru line around the building. No biggie. What upset me was that we were made to wait an additional 20 minutes as an off the clock worker (we assume) walked past the line and to the pick up area to order and pay for a large order. Not only did they make us wait as they made her order, but they stopped working just to “chit-chat” during a rush.

I had heard complaints about service at this location, but I never imagined it would be this bad. I am not returning to this location, the other one has friendlier staff and a better food...

Love the Southside and downtown locations and the excellent staff at both. As a huge coffee drinker please offer extra large black coffee 24 Oz. Being a wedding DJ, both locations are excellent to meet couples at to sign contracts and discuss their upcoming wedding. I feel bad that parents of middle school age children use your coffee shop as an afternoon pick up spot. There isn’t enough space in this review box to type up all the amazingness of Southside Cabin Fever. We had my baby shower there and it turned out so perfect! The baristas that were there did a fantastic job and everyone was impressed. Cabin is a huge staple in the community and they treat their customers like family.
