UPDATE: I’ve come twice since i posted this review and alot of people have read my review. It is so much better!! Wait times were great on a busy night and food was amazing! The waiter was super sweet and kept checking on us even when she was visually overwhelmed. I wish I remembered her name. It’s gotten a lot better since that day and I’ve seen a couple new faces! It’s the only good place in del rio so I love to give it more chances! Updated from no stars to three stars I've been coming here often for at LEAST the last 8 years. I've always come with family or friends so always at least a group of four. My family use to enjoy this place as we would often go about twice a week and it was amazing each time. In the past year we've gone less and less times and our experiences are just getting worse and worse. We came once a couple months back with our wait time of 2 hours but it was a busy sunday and we understood and still enjoyed ourselves with the appetizers We came this past week while it was not that busy, just a couple of large parties with different servers. We were greeted rudely, we were sat quick but our server still took a bit to come to our tables and was rather in a rush to get our orders and was a bit rude. She may have been new which led us to just be Cooperate and patient. Orders were messed up and the wait was still well over an hour for just an appetizer.

Read moreI planned on writing these comments on rest survey but ticket expired. Was there Friday 03/14 to celebrate my birthday and while food was good, man, the server made a hostile environment. She approached to take our orders and I replied “ buffalo boneless….” she interrupted and said “TO DRINK” (I guess I missed the part where she asked what we wanted to drink. Anyhow, from the very beginning we noticed attitude but we carried on and let her be. Now we’re done and asked for to-go boxes she brings them but doesn’t come back in a while to close our bill so we headed to the front to pay. She then came pretty fast a while grouchy and demanding attitude said “ YOU CLOSE WITH ME!” At this point my friend and I are looking at each other like WTH is her problem but kept calm and pull out my phone to give a code for a reward I have, she then crumbles the old receipt, rolls her eyes and takes my phone to take code and print out new receipt. All those while we’re still waiting for two bags to put our boxes in- which we’ve asked for 3 times- . Finally we pay and leave from one of my favorites restaurants and wings, literally ran out of there. My point is, yes good food (most of the times), but if the server is mean or rude it just changes the whole perspective and experience of the place. Read moreDisappointing Experience I rarely leave bad reviews, but our recent visit to Buffalo Wings & Rings was extremely frustrating. We ordered appetizers that didn’t arrive in a reasonable time, and when we asked about the delay, our server pointed out a group of 40 people seated across from us basically saying we had to wait because of them. Honestly, if a restaurant is understaffed or can’t manage large groups, they shouldn’t keep seating more customers. To make matters worse, our entrées came out just 5–10 minutes after the appetizers, completely defeating the purpose of having a starter. On top of that, there were mistakes with the food we received. Although I understand that being a waiter is a difficult job, the issues we experienced really came down to poor planning and coordination in the kitchen. The manager should have been more aware of the situation and taken responsibility. I could see that our server was doing her best, and I actually felt sorry for her she was clearly overwhelmed, and I can only imagine how hard it must be, especially when dealing with rude customer’s and did I forget to mention we canceled the item they got wrong on our order, which another waiter assured us was taken care of, yet we were still charged for it at the end.
