Dolly's Olde Time Tavern Inc — Restaurant in DeLand

We have animals in this area that Miss these people so much I had just moved up here when Covid 19 started. Everybody here was so welcoming. I'm not a big drinker but I just like to go in here. I was wondering why they can't just open up for events without serving alcohol outside get togethers. I wonder what the laws are. Dolly I got to meet you at the fence one day. I'm getting ready to be homeless I'm looking for a place. I'm on disability. If anybody on here knows anything a place for me to stay just let me know. And if the bar isn't going to work out I wonder if you can zone a gas station it would be a hit 😎✌️💃🕺🏼.... The rooster and the cats really miss you he sleeps outside my room and I'm not sure where the hen is he brought her over one day they were doing really well until I left for a couple weeks and I came back but I'm getting ready to leave for good I'm totally crushed . This is my first ryelp review and only write it because I was treat so indignantly. Me and my friend took an uber to this bar to be responsible because we hadn't been drinking yet but planned on drinking when we got there. I walked up to the bar to ask if they had any drink specials and was immediately told that I wouldn't be served because I was too intoxicated. I have never in my life been cut off at a bar let alone immediately upon politely saying hi. Our uber driver who picked us up was just as confused as us when he had to repick us up because he said he has never seen anyone been kicked out of the bar especially considering we both were stone cold sober when we got there. The bar tender on duty Emily obviously is either blind, has poor judgement or just doesn't like outsiders or some sort of ignorant combo of the both. Stopped in on a Thursday night during bike week. Nice size crowd of all age ranges. Pool table was open and we played for several hours with some great people with various skill levels. Price on a pint of beer was reasonable and service was good. Poker tables were full and dart boards were busy too so overall this was the best bar for games we’ve been to in the Deland area. You can still smoke inside here but with the doors open it really wasn’t all that bad. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable night out without...
