Arena's at the Airport — Restaurant in Delaware

Call to place a to go order, was hung up on. Call back and a girl answers "hello" sounds like she's in a car. She takes my order and name, tells me 25 minutes. Get there in 35 and I was told I didn't place an order. I showed him the number I called and everything. He retakes my order and then finds out that my Call bounced to their manager whos not there who in turn let the other manager know about my order. He said the manager there "had his hands full cleaning and never put your order in". No apology, no discount, no drink while I'm waiting. Brought me my order, I get home (15 min drive at least) and my order is wrong. I Call several times with no answer. Drive all the way back, they're closed. The server let me in and i asked for the manager. He says "im here what do you need". I said "your manager"! Finally spoke with the manager who helped me out with a refund for the wings and a $15 giftcard- didn't really seem like he cared either. but the server was super rude, unapologetic, and just had the personality of a stump. To top it off, get all the way back home for the second time- and the crab dip was sour like it was a week old or something. I will never order here again. The "I don't care" attitude was enough, let alone the inconvenience of wrong and nasty food. Customer service is dead with this new...

So it honestly wasn't a great visit. To start off with, we were the ONLY people in the entire restaurant and the long wait to even have someone come back to our table after we were given menus was crazy long. Then another long wait to get our drinks. Just wasn't sure what was going on here. Once we got service she was very friendly. We always order death fries which are so good and they did not disappoint. We were tempted by the wording on their menu and caved in and also ordered the world famous nachos, saying they're the best in Delaware. They were tortilla chips with shredded cheese and so many jalapenos you could burn your mouth. A small container of salsa and sour cream, not even on the nachos and you had to pay another $2 to get a small container of guacamole. There were so many jalapenos we couldn't eat it. Then I got a BLT that had the tiniest sliver of a tomato on it. All the other orders of food were good, no complaints but I was disappointed in my sandwich (BLT) and was the one that pushed for the sad nachos no one could eat. Will we be back? Yes. Living year round locally, I decided to give Arenas at the airport a try. We seated ourselves and waited far too long to see a waitress. Unfortunately the waitress was also the bartender. While waiting, it was noted the table was sticky like it was cleaned with sugary soda. The windows facing the runway were very badly in need of cleaning. They were positively gross and smeared. When our food finally arrived, it was delivered by someone coming out of the kitchen. Our drinks were empty to the bottom. While I finally stopped her progress going back to the kitchen, it was obvious by her facial expression that she was less than pleased to refill our drinks. It should be noted that we were there during lunch and the facility was at least 50% empty and only 3-4 people at the bar. I could see our waitress/bartender the whole while we were there and stopped just short of sending up a smoke signal to get her attention and our bill and take home container.
