Country Maid Deli-Jack's — Restaurant in Delaware

I ordered a Italian sub with imported ham instead of pepper ham they put mayo on it which I can't have mayo and I repeated myself to make sure it wouldnt have mayo and when got home it had mayo on it didn't eat it. I called and they said would give me another one next time , so today I ordered same thing Italian sub imported ham no pepper ham and I payed for this one to and they put pepper ham on it so I called again mind you the last one I didn't get a refund for yet . I asked for manager told him he said we're busy right now and hung up on me. Never said we're busy give me your number and when it slows up I will call you back , very rude to be a manager and to be hung up on, I've been a manager in food service which served a thousand people in a big bank all coming back to back I never was rude I either politely told them can we talk when I get line down , or go get what you want. If you can't multi task then don't take that role on .and that's money out of your business hands and now the person that went for me seen how the manager treated me him and his son will not be going there ever again and that's 3 people that will not purchase from them again and if people ask my opinion about country maid im going to tell my experience not with just a worker the boss . If you can't multi task and resolve a customer complaint at same time you're not management material. Let someone else handle your business that knows how to do so in a professional way and make that customer want to come back . Cause at the end customer comes back and keeps you in business. Never again will I give them my money 50 bucks every time I walk in dumb move on their part , and another 50 bucks from my friend not ever gonna...

How was my experience at Jack's Country Maid today. For the first time of ever getting a sandwich at Jack's I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied I ordered a large fresh turkey sub when I got home there was hardly any meat on the sandwich the sandwich itself had great flavor but it was basically vegetables and cheese and roll I called the store and asked to speak to a manager they informed me that they use the same size package of fresh turkey which is .33 and weight for a small or large sub but yet they charge more money for a large sub so why would anybody buy a large sub when they can get a small sub with more meat on it per size. I have worked in sub shops and I have never heard of using the same amount of meat on a small or large sub normally a large sub would have more meat than a small sub weight comparison. My next trip to Jack's if I decide to get a fresh turkey sub it will definitely be a small sub because it is a better value for the price. I'm sure the customers are not aware of this but hopefully whoever reads this review will be aware of it now so it Jack's by small not large save the...

While the subs we received were made correctly and tasted very good we were extremely disappointed that we were charged over $16.00 for the 2 sandwiches. It was the first time trying this Deli. I called and placed the order by phone for pickup on a Tuesday, one Sm Italian (normal) & one Lg Turkey (only meat/chs). The employee was not friendly sounding, did not offer or inform that they had "specials" available and did not give an order total before hanging up on me. We arrived at the time we'd stated and saw a sign in the window saying Italian Tuesday, all Lg Subs $4.99. Again, we weren't told about this when ordering. They charged us full prices apparently for both sandwiches, whatever they actually are we don't know, we were not given a receipt or offered any correction on compensation. We purchased no other items. More than $16.00 for a Sm (maybe 6-8in) & Lg (maybe 10-12in) sub is ridiculously overpriced.
