Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Delaware

I'm surprised they stay in business.

I've eaten here three or four times over the last year and he pizza is not too bad (a 6 or 7 out of 10), but the other food is not that great - the "new" garlic bread "knots" that I ordered the last time I was here were overly greasy and tasted like spoiled garlic. The bigger issues seem to be: the amount of time it takes to get your food (I waited, in the store, over 25 minutes to get those greasy garlic knots, and I only got them that fast because the manager pulled them from a delivery order that was still waiting to be delivered in order to hand them to me so I didn't have to wait any longer, and the whole time I was there, there were two other customers that had ordered their food before I got there and were still waiting for their pizzas when I left); all the mistakes the staff makes (in the 20 minutes I was waiting, multiple drivers came back to the store because they had "forgotten" (or never received) part of their delivery order(s), and the manager was constantly "re-arranging" delivery orders because they couldn't seem to get them right); and the confusion between this store and the one located on Hwy 1, about 3 miles away - half the people that came into the store to pick-up orders they placed online or over the phone had come to the wrong store.

I ordered from Domino's a few weeks ago and had a horrible experience. The pizza came over an hour and a half late and it was the wrong order. I had to call multiple times to get any answers. The store was clearly understaffed, and the management needs to get their act together!

I decided to give them another chance yesterday, hoping for a better experience. Everything seemed fine with the pizza tracker on their website until the pizza left the store. It took over an hour to leave the store, and then the driver was scheduled to arrive an hour later. The store is exactly 5 minutes away from me!

When I called the store, they said the driver had multiple deliveries, which meant it would take over two hours to get my pizza from a store just 5 minutes away. I told the kid on the phone how disappointed I was, and he barely said sorry, just offered to refund my order. It was clear that he was used to handling complaints like this, which says a lot about how often this happens.

This store is a mess. Management needs to change, and someone new needs to take charge because they are not doing a good job at all. Avoid this place if you want your...

First time ordering at my new place. Every place online except here won't accept my new address without calling and getting mgr approval because it's new construction. Wasn't expecting much from a chain, but was surprised at how good the pizza was and cooked perfectly. Fast delivery and driver actually found it without calling me 5x.

*EDITED 4/28/2017 * to 1 star Don't know if a managers gone or something, but there's Just too many screw ups in the past year to justify ordering from here any longer. One of the drivers didn't want to get out of the car to find the door. Last night, received cold slop that nobody wanted to eat. It was a pan pizza but so undercooked and thin/gooey it wasn't edibile. You know it's bad when kids turn down pizza and would rather have something else. No more for us; there's too many places to eat here to deal with constantly poor quality. Maybe try again in time? Well, we decided to try dominos again 7/24/17.
